She was born to Levi and Emma (Schlabach) Yoder in Sugarcreek, Ohio on February 17, 1942, and married Lester E. Hostetler on September 21, 1961.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty years and children Marlyn (Marlin) Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; Freda (Robert) Yoder; Junior (Deb) Hostetler; Caroline (Chip) Stoltzfus all of Sarasota, Florida; sixteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Erma (Yoder) LaRaviere of Sarasota.
Sara Ann was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Arlene (Hostetler) Riehl.
In her youth, she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and served Him faithfully as a member of Sunnyside Mennonite Church in Sarasota, Florida for forty-nine years.
Visitation with the family is Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00 -8:00 pm; funeral service is Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM; all at Sunnyside Mennonite Church, 1001 Honore Ave., Sarasota, FL.
