Stan was born on August 17, 1920 in Glen Ridge, NJ to Frank Henry Shaw and Eleanor Evans Shaw. He was President of Shaw Plastics, Inc.
He was a member of The Society of Plastics Industry and Plastics Pioneers. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U. S. Army Air Corp.
Preceded in death by his parents and many friends, he is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Shirley Dickason Shaw; 5 children, Stanford H. Shaw, Jr., Cynthia C. Shaw, Gray D. Shaw, Eleanor W. Shaw-Pearson and Frank H. Shaw, II; 9 granchildren, Stanford Shaw, III, Tyler Shaw, Taylor Pearson, Elisabeth McLaughlin, Reed Pearson, Jared Shaw, James McLaughlin, Ethan Shaw and Jessica Pearson.
Services were private by the family. Inurnment in New Jersey at a later date.
