Our beloved mother was born on July 3, 1933, and passed away on January 28, 2017. Mom was born in Borden, SK to James and Elizabeth Munro. She was from a large family with 10 siblings. She spent the last few years at Luther Care Home where she had received excellent care.
She is survived by her three children and their families: daughter Brenda (Rick) Long of Beaumont, AB and their two children, Mykel (Song) Long and Kelly Leech (fiancé Michael Lloyd); her son Doug (Ann Louise) Peters of Saskatoon, SK and their two children, Christopher Peters and Alison (Brody) Coates and their two children Taylor and Mayson. Her daughter Barb Polley of Saskatoon, SK and her daughter Sarah Mantyka (Doug Desormeau) and their daughter Hailey; She is also survived by one sister, Donalda Tripp of Lloydminster, SK and many nieces and nephews.
A Service of Remembrance and Interment will take place in Borden, SK. at a later date.
