Betty’s pride and joy was always her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them as they grew up, cheering them on in their hockey or basketball games, watching the dance recitals, getting excited about their Halloween costumes, or what to shop for, for their Christmas presents. Family dinners were always enjoyed by all, as Betty was a phenomenal cook. With meals usually ending with dessert consisting of Betty’s incredible lemon meringue pie.
