Cecil passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the age of 59 at Royal University Hospital. The service to celebrate Cecil’s life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Mount Royal United Church (521 Vancouver Ave. N.) in Saskatoon. Officiating will be Joan Brown.
