Born June 15, 1991, in Saskatoon, Cori filled every room she entered with warmth and kindness.
Known for her heart of gold and her caring spirit, Cori made a lasting impact on everyone she met. For years, she managed Tim Hortons restaurants, where her staff not only looked up to her as a leader but cherished her as family. Her strong determination and genuine desire to help others made her the first person anyone would call in times of need.
Cori found her greatest joy in life's simple pleasures – spending time in the water, napping in the sun, making breakfast at the lake, and sharing her love for the grill with family and friends while always wearing mis-matched socks. She loved to travel and explore and was a staunch Riders and Canucks fan. Her beloved dog Tashia was the light of her life, embodying her endless capacity for love and devotion.
Cori is survived by her mother Grace Muzyka, sister Charmaine Muzyka, half-brothers Keith and Kelly Muzyka, grandmother Kathleen Dziadul, soul-sister/best-friend Vanja Skopyk, honorary nieces Brynlee and Arissia Skopyk, along with her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and colleagues. Predeceased by her father Ronald Muzyka and her grandfather Kazik Dziadul.
Her sudden departure has left an immense hole in our hearts and in our family, but we will forever cherish her memory and keep her spirit alive in all that we do. Cori lived by the motto "Laugh Today, Cry Tomorrow" - one we will carry with us every day.
A service celebrating Cori's life will be held on March 7th, 2025, at 2pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home (210 Wess Road, Saskatoon SK). In lieu of flowers and in memory of Cori’s love for animals, please consider making a donation to an animal welfare charity of your choice.
