1939 – 2020
David Rash passed away peacefully at St. Paul’s Hospital on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Dave was a jack of all trades. Among the jobs that he did in his 80 years were flooring, guard in a BC Prison, backyard mechanic, baker and many more. He is survived by his brothers Preston (Lucille) and Ken (Jackie), sisters Martha Martens, Ethel Penner, Madeline Rash, Annie Hoffman and Esther (Larry) Hanson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Henry Ray and Helena (nee Redekopp) Rash, brothers Henry, William Joseph, Ray, Johnny, Danny and Herb and sisters Mary Noella Eva (Lorraine) Englisbee, Mary Thelma May Rash, Joyce Hinson, Lucy Nogarin, and Becky Quinn.
