Donald Gerald Walsh of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan formerly of Truro, Nova Scotia passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 18, 2023 after a lengthy and determined battle with cancer at the age of 80 years. Don was lucky to have spent his whole life doing what he loved, and that was being an owner, trainer and driver of standardbred race horses all across Canada. Survived by his wife Coleen; special niece Janet Macdonell of Port Hood, Nova Scotia; brother Doug Walsh of Port Hood, Nova Scotia and sister Dianne Gagnon of Surrey, British Columbia and numerous nieces and nephews. At Don’s request there will be no funeral service held. Arrangements entrusted to Aime Laventure.
