Dwight was born and raised in Saskatoon. He was a dedicated employee of the CIty of Saskatoon, Electrical Department for 30 years. Dwight was a proud husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Growing up, Dwight developed a close-knit group of friends. Many of these friendships lasted a lifetime and he held these close to his heart. He was a talented artist, athlete, and he enjoyed strumming on his guitars for hours. Dwight's heart for those he loved was big and soft. His sense of humor could always be counted on and his patience and kindness were immense.
Far too early in life, Dwight developed Alzheimer's Disease. He took this in stride and put on a brave face for his family. While there is no replacing the space Dwight held in our lives, we are relieved that he is free of any additional pain and suffering.
A celebration of Dwight's life will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Windsor Chapel, 704 Windsor Street, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, at 2:00PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan in memory of Dwight.
