It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our sister Ella at St. Paul’s Hospital on May 8, 2020. She is survived by her brother Jim (Shannon) Powell, sister Pat (Ken) Crush, sisters Jennifer Carr and Irene Bowker. She was predeceased by her parents Evelyn and Holden Powell.
