It is with great sadness, but also with hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, that we announce the sudden passing of Eric Ndayishimiye, age 21, on Thursday, July 21st, 2016 as a result of a tragic accident at work. Eric was born to Rwandan parents on May 5th, 1995. He came to Canada in 2007 when his family was sponsored by Emmanuel Baptist Church, Saskatoon. He graduated from Holy Cross High School in 2014. Eric loved to spend time with family and friends (especially his little sisters) to play soccer and basketball, and hoped to pursue a career in acting. Eric was much loved and will be sadly missed by his mother Laurence Icymanizanye, father Froduald Twagilimana, sisters Merveille, Emmanuella, and Esther, and many other relatives and friends.  Friends are invited to a viewing and a time to meet with the family from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Emmanuel Baptist Church (1636 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon, corner of Acadia Dr and Taylor St E), followed by prayer and worship from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.  The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30th at Emmanuel Baptist Church, followed by a 3:00 p.m. interment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, and a 4:30 p.m. reception back at Emmanuel Baptist Church.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Care Fund – Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Arrangements in care of John Schachtel – MOURNING GLORY FUNERAL SERVICES (306-978-5200)
