Frances was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK on May 17, 1947 where she took all her formal education. She was predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers Billy and Allan and a younger sister Donna. Fran met the love of her life Wally and they were married in August of 1966. Throughout Fran’s working career she worked for the CP Railway and finally with the Saskatoon Health Authority in the Department of Finance. She loved all sports but her passion was definitely golf. Frances and Wally loved to travel and spent many winters in Arizona with friends golfing and socializing. In previous years they spent a great deal of time at their cabin at Weyakwin Lake enjoying the north country both summer and winter. They also travelled to Europe, USA, Hawaii and finally settled in Mesa, Arizona in Citrus Gardens for the winter months. Frances also loved dogs. Their first dog was Brandy and after her passing they acquired another dog named Tobey. These animals were very important in both Fran and Wally’s lives. Frances loved their backyard with all the lovely plants, flowers and garden beds.
