Gail passed away at the age of 65 at the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home after a lengthy battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Gail was predeceased by her father Donald Ross and Son Dwight Wall. She is survived by her son Leroy Wall (Karen), Daughter Shelly Wall (Blaine), her mother Rose Ross, sister Maxine Ross (Randy), 5 grandchildren Aubrie and Zayne Wall, Kyra and Canziss Wall, Ty Wall, Niece Camille Ross and 3 great nephews, Andrew ,Cayden and Darien, nephew Travis Ross. As well as numerous Aunt's Uncle's and cousins. Gail worked at McDonald's in her twenties, from there she went to Oliver Lodge Nursing home and worked in the kitchen, then she moved to housekeeping, and then she took her Special aide course. She worked for 20 years there, then she went to St. Anne's Nursing home. Her last place of work was University Hospital. Gail worked up until she was 54. She had a good sense of humor, which was enjoyed by everyone who knew her. Gail loved visiting with family and friends and enjoyed her grandchildren. She had a passion for horses and loved to ride in her earlier years. She had a love for dogs also. Gail was an amazingly strong lady, and was a fighter. Never complained about her fight against cancer. We would like to say Thank you to the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing home for the special care and compassion that they gave Gail with her short stay there. There was a Gathering for family and friends to remember Gail at the Lion's Club in Rosthern (2008 6th St) on Saturday October 19 at 2.00 p.m.
