Grant Joseph Wapple

May 31, 1949 - January 5, 2017

The family of Grant Wapple is saddened to announce his passing at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.  Grant will be fondly remembered for his mischievious sense of humour, his love of Friday night polka, and playing cards and board games with his family.  Grant will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Linda (nee Serool) Wapple, daughters, Michelle Bembridge and Tanya (Jacob) Zurawiecki, grandchildren Brennon, Olivia and Joshua.  He is also survived by his sister Melva Jurgens, and sisters-in-law Loraine Wolfe, Elvina (Mike) Marchuk, Ruth Wapple and Marguerite Wapple, as well as numerous cherished nieces and nephews.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 12 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.  Interment will take place at a later date.  Grant’s family wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at RUH 5000 and ICU for their compassionate care.  Arrangements in care of David Schurr - MOURNING GLORY FUNERAL SERVICES (306) 978-5200.  www.mourningglory.ca
