Jack was born April 30, 1938 and passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 82. He is survived by his brother Dennis (Shelby), Darla and Trevor; and his children Nikki (Jeff, grandson Dawson) and Daniel. A Private Family Service will be held with the Interment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Saskatoon. Memorial donations may be directed to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan (200-4545 Parliament Ave., Regina, SK S4W 0G3) designated to the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.
