Jeanine was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, and she was a true prairie girl. As a child, Jeanine was known as an adventurous, nature-loving, free spirit with a quirky sense of humour that could bring a smile to anyone's face. To everyone’s benefit, these beautiful traits followed her throughout her life.
Above everything else, Jeanine was an amazing mother; she loved, supported and encouraged her kids fiercely. She was a provider: strong, intelligent, selfless, beautiful and courageous beyond imagination. With Jeanine, less was more, as she loved the simple things in life. Jeanine's greatest passions were shared closely with the love of her life, Brennen Dear and their beautiful children, Lux and Easton Dear. Their years together were imbued with love, adventures, laughter, animals, nature, quality time at home, and good friends. Her daughter Lux said it best, “She loved everyone.”
Jeanine was ambitious and unmatched in her tenacity and work ethic. She was an entrepreneur at heart, constantly creating new opportunities specific to her unique outlook. Jeanine truly loved to help others and took great pride in both her business and her career as a Massage Therapist. She was also famous for her seven-layer dip and ability to rap any Biggie Smalls song.
This year, Jeanine achieved her lifelong dream of owning an acreage with her family. On their land, horses run free, animals can thrive, and their family can grow. This summer, Jeanine was able to live her dream and spent much time on their land. The family rode horses and dirtbikes, played abundantly and began building a beautiful space for themselves and the many animals to come. Jeanine’s dream will continue to take shape with her family.
Jeanine is lovingly remembered by her beautiful children Lux and Easton Dear, her spouse Brennen Dear and his family; Ashly Dear (Paul Griffith); Mitchel Dear (Karen Andersen); mother-in-law Lani Soyland (Kelly Soyland); father-in-law Neil Dear; best friend Melanie Schultz; her parents Claude and Holly Pinel; Michelle Pinel (Joe Muller); Jacqueline Pinel; Charlotte Pinel (Wade Tipper); Jeanine’s numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved horse Brandy and many animals.
