Lorne Norman Hanson

December 30, 1941 – July 24, 2014

It is with sadness we announce Lorne’s sudden passing at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his parents: Olive Gammie and Norman Hanson; and brother-in-law Gerald Senger. He is survived by his brother William (Peggy) Hanson of Port Coquitlam, BC; and sister Minnie Senger of Saskatoon; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially Caroline Burns and family. Lorne will be remembered as a caring person with a good sense of humor, a staunch Rider fan and a sports lover.  He enjoyed working on the farm with his Uncle Clark Wilson (Dorothy).  Special thanks to Dr. Kundapur, Cathy and Karen at St Paul’s Hospital for their compassion and to the Taylor and Piper families for their help and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
