Lorraine was born on April 20, 1933 on the family farm in the Lorenzo district. In 1948 she met and later married Ellis Knutson. Lorraine was a people person who loved to entertain and everyone who visited her home never left hungry. She loved cooking, baking, playing cards (especially Kaiser and cribbage), making crafts, socializing, watching game shows (Wheel of Fortune and Price is Right) and spending time at Chitek Lake with family and friends. We all remember her delicious glazed donuts, pink slice, perogies, fresh buns, dill pickles, pasties, Nanna nummies and delectable desserts. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved to spoil every one of them. Special thanks to MaryAnn and Pat, Palliative Nurses from Home Care.
