Neil passed away peacefully at Royal University Hospital on Monday, April 2, 2018 at the age of 64. Neil is survived by his wife Sharon, children Steven and Laura, mother Marjorie and sister Alison (James). He was predeceased by his father Patrick and brother Jamie.
