Norbert Gary Paul Loroff

We are sad to announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. This is a time filled with sorrow but also with love and memories. He was given the gift of a double lung transplant in 2011 and after an amazing 4 years and a strong fight he is at peace and is now breathing easy in heaven. Norbert will be lovingly missed by his wife of 40 years, Gladys; his children, Lori Miller (Mark), Jennifer Hildebrandt (Carl), Jonathon Loroff (Becky); his 5 grandchildren whom he adored, Brooks and Georgia Miller, Kale and Ethan Hildebrandt, Emily Loroff; his siblings, Donna Loroff, Dee Prosko (Russ), Gilbert Loroff, Ron Loroff (Sheila), Bernie Rodych (Orest), Kelly Loroff, Roxanne Blair (Roy), Dale Loroff (Michelle); and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret Loroff; his siblings, Dennis, Diane and Philip Loroff. Norbert had a great presence and had many friends from his 34 years working with the City of Saskatoon and through coaching and playing fastball. He was very passionate about his family, ball and of course the Montreal Canadians. There can be a room of a thousand people and you could still hear his laughter. Now the angels get to laugh and joke with him! We will miss you dad! Our family requests that you please consider signing your organ donation card or donate blood because it does make a difference!
