Orphia passed away at Sherbrooke Community Centre on Saturday, February 5, 2011 with her loving family at her side. Orphia is survived by her daughter Louise Dick, granddaughter Shannon (Quinn) Sherbrook, niece Margret Isaac, as well as other nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Orphia is predeceased by her husband Adolph, son William, many of her brothers and sisters. Orphia was born November 3, 1924 in La Fleche, SK. Orphia loved playing bingo, doing crafts and spending time with all her friends. Orphia’s family would like to thank the staff at Sherbrooke Community Centre for the care they gave to her. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. both services will be held at Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Dr, Saskatoon, SK). Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, SK. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to John Janex of Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (306-955-1600).
