Peter Laurent Flaman

Peter passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Arlene and his dog, Coco. Peter is also survived by his children, Laurie Karwacki (David, Jonathan & Brittany and great-granddaughter, Emma, Alix Karwacki & Connor Goshawk, Sarah & Graham Solie, Luke Karwacki & Cassandra Penner), Jodi Wist (Darin, Megan, Kelsey and McKenna) and Cory Flaman (Robyn, Noah, Gabi, and Hannah). Peter also leaves behind his brother, Leonard and wife Pat, sister Maryrose and 5 nieces and nephews. Peter was an avid fisherman, hunter and Rider fan. Some of his best memories were spent with Arlene and Coco in the outdoors, and at family celebrations. Peter was well known to the community as the proud owner and operator of Flaman Investigation & Security Agency Ltd. He was proud to offer so many employment opportunities and support of his employees over the last 56 years in Saskatoon.

Our family would like to thank the staff at St. Ann’s Nursing Home for their warmth and support in caring for Peter. Special thank you to the wonderful emergency nurses who not only looked after Peter but who also cared for us during his last hours.

Following Peter’s wishes, only a small family celebration of his life will be held.
