It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Quan on Friday June 21st 2013 at the age of 81, surrounded by the family at home. He was a former Lieutenant Colonel, pilot and aircraft engineer of Vietnam Air Force Army 33rd battalion, Bien Hoa, Saigon, South Vietnam. He came to Canada in 1993 to reunite with his son. The prayer service is lead by monk Thich Phat Shanh and monks of The Chanhtam Temple. The family would like to thank M.D Ambulance, Saint Paul’s emergency staff, the 5th floor unit, observation unit, doctors, nurses, occupational therapist, and social services.
