Raina passed away peacefully on January 21, 2015 in Saskatoon, SK. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her partner, Kevin Maveal; Kevin’s son, Kenyan; her dog, Kylo; and all of her friends and family. Raina graduated from Walter Murray Collegiate in 1994, and later graduated from SIAST as a Computer Programmer. She loved camping, hiking, traveling, sports, boxing at Hub City Boxing, recreation, and many long walks with Kevin and her dog, Kylo. Her favorite things always included the outdoors and nature. She loved the earth and trees, to breathe fresh air, grow gardens, and spend time in parks. Raina’s favorite TV shows were Criminal Minds, Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and of course Judge Judy. Raina also loved music. Some of her favorite bands include Prince, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Areosmith. Raina loved her mother, father, two sisters, grandmother, and cousin, Wendy P. very much. The Celebration of Raina’s life will be held from Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre on January 30, 2015 at 2:00PM, with Interment and a reception to follow.
