It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ralph Royal announce his passing on January 1 2018 at the St Pauls Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Ralph was born on May 22 1943 in Whitecap Dakota First Naiton, where he also resided.Ralph was a devoted husband and family man, a man of few words, soft spoken and had a great sense of humor. Better known as “The Weather Man” to those who knew him well. Ralph is survived by his stepchildren Maxine (Brad) Bear, Darcy Bear, Nicole (Ray) Johnstone, Terry Parenteau, Gregory Parenteau and Richard (Sheri) Parenteau; 26 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Lorne Bear; sisters-in-law Vivian Anderson and Lois (Wayne) Bear; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ralph is predeceased by his loving wife RoseAnna Royal; mother Lillian Littlecrow; sisters Myrtle Royal, Patsy Peeteetuce and Adeline Royal and brother Kenneth Royal.
