Ray passed away peacefully on October 15th, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Cathi, daughter Erica (Joel), son Steven (Tanya), his favorite granddaughter Chloe and his favorite grandson Dean. Mourning his passing are his brothers Andy (Carol), Amos (Kaye), sister Janette (Dave) Kelly, sisters -in-law Linda (Wayne) Seher, Carolyn (John) McKenzie, Laura Salisbury and numerous favorite nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Steve and Magdalene, brother Bert, sister-in-law Olive, Sister Joan and his in-laws Jim and Claire Colvin and brother-in-law Gary Salisbury.
Thank you to Dr. Zaidi, Dr. Moore and Dr. Henin for their treatment and care over the past few years. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jason Hosain for your dedication, care, humor and compassion, especially through this difficult journey.
Much gratitude and thanks to Chris and Charlene Baron and Lionel and Natalie Langlois for the many trips to chemo, the baking and Lionel’s chicken soup.
It was Ray's wish that no service be held at this time.
