Shirley Thurier

She lived in many places over her lifetime, Parkside SK, Waldheim SK, Kitimat BC, Vancouver BC, Calgary AB, Thunder Bay ON, and then Saskatoon until her passing. She also had many working positions in all these locations ending with Saskatchewan Native Housing in administration until retirement. She did volunteer work with the SaskAbilities for many years and became very attached to many of the clients she assisted.

Shirley never married but made her family her main concern especially all her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Shirley leaves behind brother Garnet (Dorothy) of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Laura (Marc) of Aspen, Colorado, Donna (Allan) of Medicine Hat, Alberta, and Theresa Madey of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She lived a long life and after many years of painful suffering is finally at peace. Rest in Peace.
