It is with great sadness that we announce Beryl Swan of Saskatoon passed away peacefully on April 9th, 2024. She was born on August 29, 1944, to David and Hazel Robinson (nee Ferguson) in Saskatoon, SK.
Beryl is survived by her daughters Cynthia Swan (Gordon) and Pamela Swan, brother David Robinson, sister Nora Manz (David), nephews Aaron Manz (Karen, Alexandra & Luca), Clint Neuls (Gloria), Dan Neuls (Laura, Jesse & Braiden), and Dean Neuls (Shannon, Kaitlyn & Ethan).
She was pre-deceased by both of her parents, her husband Bernard Swan, brother-in-law Glen Neuls, sister-in-law Beverly Neuls and son-in-law Gordon Gray.
Beryl went to school at Nutana Collegiate and enjoyed attending class reunions. She started her career as a certified nursing assistant and later in life went back to school to train as a care-aide. For the majority of her career, she managed the Conquest Hotel alongside her husband. Beryl loved going to the cabin at Greig Lake, and she enjoyed traveling - especially to Disneyland with her family. Plants and gardening were a passion of Beryl’s, as was being involved in the communities where she lived.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Mourning Glory – Acadia McKague’s Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Dr. Saskatoon).
