It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing away of Roger Lawrence Nemeth (aka Tony) after a long battle with cancer (asbestos) which he contracted from his 42 years of working as a commercial flooring installer. He was a true friend and brother to all who were blessed enough to cross his path. He was predeceased by his parents, Steve and Ann Nemeth. He is survived by his loving wife Marlene Nemeth, stepson Kemo, one brother Bob, two sisters, Elsie and Rita, numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Windsor Chapel, 704 Windsor Street (corner of 8th Ave. North and Windsor St) in Saskatoon. Thanks go out to Dr. Harrington, the staff on the 6200 ward of RUH, Stan and Doreen Williams, everyone at Kiwanis Manor, friends and the Ouellette side of the family who offered countless prayers and words of encouragement. Special thanks to close friends Chuck and Evelyn McKay and my sister Doris and her husband Jake Wall for being there in our darkest hour.
