It is with profound sadness that the family of Vera Matieshin announce her passing on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at St Paul’s Hospital. Vera is survived by her daughter Kim (Rick) Hart, her son Dale (Kathy) Matieshin, her daughter Lynn (Dave) Howes, her 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Vera was predeceased by her husband Edward Matieshin, her parents Fred and Valentina Andrichuk, her brother Len Andrichuk and her sister Anna Andrichuk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lymphoma Society of Canada (316 1212 31 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7S8). A Mass and Celebration of Vera’s Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Parish (222 Willow Street).
