Walter Clift Ward

October 18, 1934 - September 1, 2014

It is with deep sadness that the family announces Walter's passing. He will be greatly missed by his children, Christopher (Bonnie) Ward, Marla-Jane (Ian) Krips; his grandchildren, Jaimie (Tyson) Lemire, Jessica (Scott) Molnar, Jennifer, Spencer and Fraser; his great-grandchildren, Willow, Sabrina, Hazel and Gabriel; his sisters, Joy Rayner (Willard Jamieson), Nancy (Nestor) Yachiw; and all his nieces and nephews. Walter will forever be remembered for his love of woodworking and the many unique items he handcrafted. A Celebration of Walter's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16th at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St) presiding will be Rev. Kevin MacMillan. For those who are unable to attend, web casting will be available at www.windsorchapelsaskatoon.com. Prior to the service, if friends so desire, they may meet at the entrance to Woodlawn Cemetery at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday for the interment of Walter's cremated remains.
