Dear Barbara, Jeff, Kim and Owen; Betty was one of the greatest women ever put on this earth. The memories of the joy and gifts of love and laughter that she shared with all that knew her was indeed a blessing. Lovingly missed, but remembered forever, your brother Harry Barden and sister in law, Norma Barden.

Dear Barbara, Jeff Kim and Owen; Our hearts mourn with yours, so deeply. We understand your loss, and hope that you may find comfort and peace with other family and friends. Love you all so much. And Betty...Oh my gosh... what can I say? I am devastated by your death Aunt Betty, it took me a very long time to be able to write in this book, because in doing so I would have to believe that you were gone from my life, and I just didn't want to do that. Missing you everyday. Love Lila Vaccher

Your mother was always a stellar person. Sadly as time went on I wasn't able to see her in the recent past.

Owen, Kim, Jeff, Barb and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. If it wasn't for Betty and my Mom becoming friends at the hospital after delivering Barb and Rob, on the same day, I would not have known her and her kindness. What wonderful photos of Betty's life. The picture of Betty, my Mom and the girls is precious....smiles and tears. May your memories bring you comfort.

Owen, Jeff, Kim, Barb,
Betty was so kind and welcoming of me "way back when". To be a part of your family, even if only for a while, was a gift. I actually still think of all of you as part of my family! I know my mum does, too. I think of the times I might call your mum just to say hi, even if years had passed. And it was like no time had gone by. I can still hear her voice... love to you all. xoxoxoxo Colleen

Dear Owen, Kim, Jeff,, Barb and family.......thinking of all of you at this difficult time. We are in Florida so cannot see you in person but sending hugs. Seeing pics of Betty with my Mom (who passed 10 years ago now) makes me smile and tear up at the same time. What good friends they were in such a different time. Love to all.

Owen, Kim, Jeff and Barb - our thoughts are with you during this very sad time of Betty's passing. Although our families have been geographically apart for some years, we have always been bonded in spirit. Betty was the most kind hearted person in the world - you could always "hear" her smile through the phone! May God keep you and give you peace.
