Cindy Call

CALL, Cynthia Anne (1962-2011) – Cindy passed away peacefully on August 17, 2011 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 48 after bravely battling ALS. Cindy is sadly missed by her wife, Jeanne; her daughter Calla (Salif) and her daughter Chandra (Spencer). Loving grandparent to Chandra’s children Magpie and Hawk. Caring foster parent of Adam Shpulak. Daughter-in-law and loving friend of Margaret and the late Lawrence (Barney) Barnett and sister-in-law of Cathy (Terry) Lemieux and Robert Barnett. Daughter of Vestal Roy and the late Dixie Anne (nee Sims) of Miller’s Creek, North Carolina and sister of Patricia (Jeff), Judy (David) and Terry (Tina) of North Carolina. Sister of Roy (Doris) of Virginia. Niece of Mickey (Kris) of Alaska. Aunt of Joe (Melissa), Dustin, Brady (fiancé Savannah), Aaron, Sara and Billy. Loving family member to her extended family on both sides of the border. Appreciation and warmhearted thanks to special friends and family Rob and Kyla Barnett, Andy and Cathy Campbell, Paul and Arlene Eshleman, Rick Gaddes, Jay Nixon, Melody Dear, Rita Fabiano and Marie Taylor. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 6-8 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday, August 22, 2011 at 11 am where there will be an opportunity for those in attendance to share their thoughts. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
