Mrs. Juanita Jane Eddge Legault

LEGAULT, Juanita Jane (nee Eddge) – Passed away peacefully after a courageous 8 month struggle on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 70. Devoted and loving wife of 46 years to Leland (Lee), fiercely loyal mother of Duana Bos (Andrew) and Dylan Legault. She is also survived by the loves of her life, her grandchildren Rory-Lee, Julien and Kaylee. She will also be greatly missed by her 4 legged companion, Ruby. Mom was tough, stubborn, loyal and so very loving. We will miss her advice, humour, sarcasm and wit. We will hopefully do her justice by forwarding her best advice on to our children. We would like to thank the staff of 3C but especially nurses Nathalie, Leana and Michelle, PSW Christine and Dr. Bowen who really tried to make mom comfortable. A very special thank you to Dr. Kobelka for taking care of our mom for these last eight months. You were her friend and advocate and we thank you for that. Also Rhonda Masters at Senior’s Mental Health for being mom’s advocate. Friends are invited to the Greenwood Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 1 pm until time of the graveside service at 2 pm. Rev. Jim Moffatt officiating. Reception to follow at her daughter’s home 6 Arbor Drive. Memorial contributions to the Sault Ste. Marie Senior’s Mental Health Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
