She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Armand Leo Viger and her daughters, Janice Valente and Colleen Armstrong. Joyce was the daughter of the late Jack Bishop Scott and Marjorie Clara Gilmore (nee Dunseath). She is predeceased by her siblings Phyllis Raybould and Gary Scott.
Joyce is lovingly remembered by her son, Keith Armstrong and grandsons, Austin and Dalton Armstrong, her surviving relatives and friends, especially Sandy Cavicchiolo and her family who treated Joyce as their own. Joyce will be remembered for her kind, thoughtful, and generous spirit. Special thanks to her niece, Karen Raybould, the staff of the F.J. Davey Home, especially those on 2 Cedar, and also the staff at Kotitalo when she made the difficult transition from independent living.
There will be no formal funeral services at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to Elim Pentecostal would be greatly appreciated by the family.
