Jane was a loved sister-in-law and personal friend for years. We shared many meaningful memories together. She was a true Christian lady and I never heard her speak a word against anyone.

We shared many a Thanksgiving with she and Jouko. We had a great laugh the year they arrived for the American Thanksgiving a week early. When I answered the knock there was Jane and Jouko and Jane said," I don't smell a turkey dinner so we must have arrived a week early". We had a good supper and played cards. Then there were the American and Canadian parades. Lots of memories.
