Oak Stuart

STUART, Oak - It is with great sadness that Shane and Louise Stuart announce the passing of their son, Oak on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario from complications due to an infection. He was 15 years old. Oak had many challenges in his short life from Autism to cerebral-palsy and hearing loss but he never stood still and enjoyed life to the fullest. Oak touched the lives of a great many people over the years, people who helped in his care and development and he will always be remembered as a happy, energetic child and forever young. Special thanks to family and friends, Community Living Algoma and Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario for their support. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 1 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions in memory of Oak may be made to Autism Ontario Sault Ste.
