Paul Henry Goring

Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Connie. Beloved brother of the late Kerry Goring (Ann). Special and proud uncle of Lorne (Katelin) and Lorena (Gerry) and great uncle of Austin. Paul will be remembered by his extended family, Mary Lynne and the late Elva. Longtime family friends of Claude and Ladorna. The family would like to thank them for their assistance over the years, including taking him on errands, sharing special meals during holidays and gatherings. He also enjoyed going sightseeing with them. Thank you to the staff at Extendicare Maple View and Dr. Taylor for making home his second home.

Paul was deeply committed to his community and gave generously of his time. He was actively involved with organizations such as Big Brothers, the Red Cross, the Brain Injury Society, and Meals on Wheels. He also served as Treasurer for his church, where his dedication and reliability were greatly valued. Paul was a gentleman with a kind and generous heart.

A private family urn committal will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East; 705-759-2522).
