ALEXANDER, Roberta Florence (nee Smart) – Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with her family by her side on Friday, June 8, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late Bob Alexander. Cherished mother of Wendy Ventura (Pedro), Rob (Bobbi-Jo), and Richard (Tracy). Adored mentor and sister-in-law of JoAnn Cain (Brian). Precious Grandma to Jordan (Hayley), Robyn (Scott), Ryan (Kendra), Teresa, Jandry, Brenda (David), Jean-Carlos and Noa. Daughter of the late Reid and Ida Smart. Daughter-in-law of Rex and Mae Alexander. Dear sister of Marlene Prokopchuck (Nick), Janice Strom (Tom), special sister and best friend to Marty and Anita O’Brien, and predeceased by Mary Carbone (late Pat), Andrea Penno (late Roy), and Sheila Marshall (late Duncan). Loving sister-in-law to Richard Alexander (Marilyn), Jackie Townsend (late Grant), and the late Marg Thomas (Rick). Roberta will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East, 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 5 – 8 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Adult Day Program at the F. J. Davey Home would be appreciated.
