Dennis, David, Nancy and Gary:  My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Susan holds a very special spot in my heart and memories.  She will be remembered as enjoyable to spend time with, a gifted athlete and most of all a very talented comedienne.  No one could make me laugh like she did. You will be missed Susan.

Words just cannot express my shock and sorrow. While I have experienced much loss in my life, it pales by comparison to losing a daughter and sister.

I am so sorry to hear about Susan.  I think the number of entries speaks volumes about the lives Susan touched.  I keep thinking of us all in our somewhat unattractive "Wendigo" outfits and the laughter on the basketball court.  She will be missed.

I was stunned to learn of the tragic passing of an old and dear friend.  I attended high school with Susan.  What I remember most was that she smiled all the time.  She made me laugh more times than I can remember.  She was liked by everyone.  It's been years since I ran into her at a grocery store in the Sault before I moved away and she was smiling even then.  Susan was a good person and I know that her absence will be profound.  My prayers are with you.

I never had the opportunity or the priveledge of meeting Susans family but I remember her fondly from coaching our young girls baseball team many years ago. Susan was a great competitor and was well liked by all of her team mates.  Then in later years Susan became an employee of mine at Norpro where she gained the respect of her fellow employees and the office staff by her friendly and helpful manner. I am heartbroken to hear of Susan's tragic accident. Although I have not seen her for some time, her laughter and smile were always unforgettable. I am so very sorry that Sue died so suddenly & tragically.  My heart broke when I first heard that a pedestrian had been struck and succumbed to her injuries, but when I found out it was Sue it left a hole in my heart that can never be repaired.  She was an outstanding person and I always enjoyed chatting with her in the cafeteraia.  She was never without a smile and a kind word to make your day go better.  I know now another angel is smiling down on us from heaven.

Susan - My wife and I arrived at the scene of the accident shortly after it happened.  We tried to find blankets to cover you up and stayed with you until the ambulance arrived.
