MCWHINNEY, William “Bill” - Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Margaret and common law of Maria A. Tinker for 32 years. Father of Dale Marcano of Elkorn, Manitoba and Richard McWhinney of Regina, Saskatchewan. Son of the late Hugh and Ruby McWhinney. Dear brother of Pat Arrowsmith (Bob), Isabel Evanochko of Winnipeg, Hugh McWhinney (Wilma) of Calgary, Bruce McWhinney of Sault Ste. Marie and Robert McWhinney of Colusa, California. Bill will be missed by his niece and nephews and step nieces. He will be remembered by his good friends Frank and Judy Jolicoeur. Bill was a veteran Second World War with RCA 92 BTY 3RD FLO Regt. 1ST Division and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 65 years.
