David Johnson Jr.

David Johnson, Jr., 56, of Savannah, Ga. died December 11, 2011 in Savannah, GA. David Johnson, Jr. was born August 1, 1955 in Tifton, Ga. to David and Sally Johnson, Sr.He was educated at Hardee Sr. High School in Wauchula, Fl. in 1973. He also attended Bethune Cookman College. He moved to Savannah, Ga. in July of 1983, where he worked at ADM Cocoa and most recently International Paper. He was a member of St. Paul’s CME Church where he served on the Christ Board of Ushers. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Mrs. Sally Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Stephanie Johnson; father, Mr. David Johnson, Sr.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Pricilla Bell (Aubrey) of Lakeland, Fl. and Mrs. Robin Addison (Howard); 3 sons, James Fyall (Ariel), Robert Fyall and Wesley Fyall; sisters, Mrs. Essie Cooley (James) of Hartford, Ct., Ms. Catherine Johnson (Lee) of Brooksville, Fl., Ms Cynthia Jones of Brooksville, Fl.; brothers, Mr. James Johnson (Angie) of Kileen, Tx., Van Johnson (Myliza) of Hartford, Ct.; Inlaws, Mr. & Mrs. Wesley Williams of Savannah, GA.; 11 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation: 5 – 7 pm Friday December 17, 2011 at Fairhaven Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Funeral Service: 11 am Saturday at St. Paul’s CME Church with Rev. James Scott officiating.
