Mrs. Dora Tucker

Dora Jeanette Chouinard Tucker, 87, of Savannah, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and had lived in the Savannah Area since 1997, and was preceded in death by her husband, Carston H. Tucker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Canton, Michigan, and was a Life Member of Disabled American Veterans Ladies Auxiliary – Post 8, in Savannah, Ga. She is survived by a brother, Joseph Chouinard of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; and a sister in law, Florence Tucker Kessler of Savannah, Ga., and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Graveside Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2011 at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park, with Rev.
