

Inman E. Beasley, age 68, of Savannah, passed away on August 21, 2015. Inman was born on July 16, 1947 in Statesboro to the late D.C. and Eloise Beasley. He moved to Savannah in 1985. He served in the Air National Guard 165th, and worked for over 20 years for Hussey, Gay and Bell engineering, most recently as the Department Head of the Construction Division. Inman was preceded in death by not only his parents, but also his daughter Paula Beasley and wife Wanda Evans Beasley. He is survived by his wife Tracey of Savannah, daughter Cindy (Seaby) Phillips of Soperton, sisters Zena Gordon on Langley, SC, Patsy (Raymond) Brannen and Sue (Hugh) Colson of Statesboro, Melissa (Jerry) Brown of Brooklet, Lynette Cooper of Richmond Hill, brother Bobby (Shirley) Beasley of Fayetteville, sisters in law Dajah Plyler of Statesboro, Sonia (Gene) Marsh of Newington and June Schmucker of Statesboro, mother in law Kathy Plyler of Statesboro, and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 3-5pm on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Interment will be private.
