James L. Hutson

James L. Hutson, Jr, 92, of Savannah, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at his residence with his family at his side. James was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and had lived in the Florida area most of his adult life until moving to Savannah in 1998 from Orlando, Florida. Prior to his retirement, James was an Air Traffic Controller for the US Government with over 30 years of service. He was a veteran of the US Air Force during World War II, and was of the Christian Faith. He is survived by his loving wife of over 19 years, Jacquelyn Getty Hutson of Savannah; one son, James L. Hutson, III (Maria) of Atlanta; one daughter, Jeanne H. MacInness (Bruce) of Orlando; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be private.
