

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Deno Palamiotis, her daughters Helen and Nikki, her stepdaughter Stephanie and grandson Nick Richardson. She is preceded in death by her son Athanasios. Her sister Dena Pagoni of Lamia Greece survives her along with numerous nieces and nephews of both Greece and America.
She was born and raised in Lamia Greece and resided in the United States since 1966. She was a pillar of the St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church of Savannah where she was a dedicated member of several organizations including the Daughters of Penelope, St. Barbara’s Philoptochos and the Chairperson of the Greek Festival Food Committees.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Trisagion service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in Savannah.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church with burial to follow in Greenwich Cemetery in Savannah.
