Patricia Henrietta McCarthy Parham

She was born in Savannah, Ga. and was an avid reader, loved fishing, shopping, softball, volley ball, anything with water sports and especially her grandchildren.

Patricia worked as a registered Nurse at St. joseph’s Hospital for many years and retired from the Red Cross after 12 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Parham, parents, Aloysius and Mary Agnes McCarthy and brother, Aloysius Henry McCarthy.

She is survived by her significant other, Harold McCray of Savannah, Ga. ; 2 sons, David M. “Davy” Bowen (Diane) of Cleveland, TX.. And Aloysius Henry “Buddy” Bowen(Eleanor) of Brooklet, Ga.; 2 daughters, Mary Teresa “Terry” Bistricky of Cleveland, OH. and Cynthia Lynn “Cindy” Bennett(Gerald) of Statesboro, GA.; grandchildren, Kelly Michelle Bowen, Joseph James Bistricky , Chelsea Marie Pajcic, Ryan Addison Hudson, Ansley Marie Bennett, Morgan Elizabeth Bowen and Robert Cooper; Great-grandchildren, Joseph Austin Bowen, Christian Scott Mayeaux, Lee David Grant Hills, Joseph James Bistricky, Jr., Jaelyn Addison Garcia, Skylar Rose Cooper ; 1 sister, Judy Degenhardt (Charles) of Savannah, Ga.

Visitation will be 10:30 am – 12 pm Tuesday at Fairhaven Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel 7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr. Savannah, GA. 31406. Funeral Service to follow at 12 pm in the Chapel.

Burial at Greenwich Cemetery at 2 pm.
