Preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Folds; children, Rudolf R. Woods Jr., and Donna Woods Fennell; brother, Arthur Woods and sister, Charlotte Long.
Survived by his grandson’s, Christopher Fennell (Jessica), Howard Fennell Jr., and Andy Woods; great-grandson, Andrew Fennell; sister, Olivia Corona; nieces, Margaret Cobb and Jeannie Howard; son-in-law, Howard Fennell and daughter-in-law, Becky Harrell.
Visitation: Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 11-1 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 1:00 PM in the funeral chapel.
Interment: Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery.
