Stacey Lee Shuman

He was born in Savannah, Ga., and was a graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins High School, Class of 1973, and was a veteran, having served in the US Air Force.

He worked with Savannah Communications as a Senior Technician for the past 26 years, and was a member of Savannah Christian Church.

He was past master of Solomon’s Lodge # 1, F. & A.M’s, the Scottish Rite Consistory – Valley of Savannah, and Alee Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Gerard Shuman, of Savannah, Ga; son, Bret N. Shuman (Melanie) of Rock Hill, SC; daughter, Cherryl Shuman of Savannah, Ga; his mother, Nell Hart Shuman, of Savannah, Ga., his Spiritual Father, Loy Johnson, of Savannah, Ga; 2 brothers, Rick Shuman of Savannah, Ga; and Charles Shuman (Nancy) of North Carolina; sister, Jan S. Seller (Ron) of Washington State; 2 grandchildren, Aiden and Eli Shuman.

Visitation: 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct 8, 2011 at the Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel.

Memorial Service: 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct 8, 2011 in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
