It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our brother ASH SOOKNANAN, 65, at St. Mike’s Hospital on November 2, 2023. He was the treasured son of Bootoon and Samdai Sooknanan, cherished brother of Hannah, Reynold, Manchoon, Ramesh, Karen, Pearl, Angie and Junior and dearest family friend, Marc. He will be sadly missed by all family members and many friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Mike’s Hospital, Toronto, for their compassionate and outstanding care of Ash.
Visitation at PAUL O’CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Warden and Pharmacy) on November 13, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12 noon. Service in our Chapel on November 13, 2023 at 12 noon following the visitation, after which there will be a cremation. In lieu of flowers and in memory of ASH SOOKNANAN, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
